Recruiting Team of the Year Award (RTOY)

DallasHR, through our Talent Management member services area, is proud to partner with the DFW Texas Recruiters Network to recognize best practices in our industry.

Recruiting Team of the Year winners are selected by a panel of judges based on their recruiting successes and business impact during the last 12 months. Evaluated criteria includes accomplishments, customer satisfaction, usage of tools and technologies, community involvement, candidate experience, training and characteristics/values.
